What sets us apart from other Vermont Wedding Venues? We are a do-it-yourself facility that allows you to make your special day how you want it to be. Enjoy a customized, convenient, and affordable occasion when you set up yourself or hire out.

• ​​Pick the perfect ceremony setting that best suits your preferences with a variety to choose from including romantic options such as having your wedding in a field or in our vineyard with Adirondack views (Click to see aerial video)
• Whether you're looking to have an intimate micro wedding or a large celebration, our barn can accomodate you up to 300 guests
• ​Round and rectangular tables are included for up to 250 guests​
• ​​Tables for the bar, cake, appetizers, buffet, DJ, and gifts are included as well
• We offer 250 complimentary white chairs.*
• We have a contained bar** and separate Dj/band area 
• Our wedding barn comes pre-lit with soft white lights for your convenience
• Two different arbors are available for use if desired:
  • ​Pagoda-style red wood arbor
  • Adirondack-style rustic arbor

• ​Give your wedding photographer and guests rustic and authentic photo opportunities:
  • What's the point of having an alpaca farm wedding if they're not apart of the fun! Run with our gentle herd for Pinterest-worthy shots and unforgettable memories
  • Make every picture pop with our Adirondack views in the background. Just image the stunning colors in the fall!​
  • Pose with our antique 1895 Gray and Son's horse-drawn carriage previously used in parades or use it as a whimsical gift stand
  • Sit in the seat or on the back of our 1929 Model AA which was previously used as an orchard truck right here in Vermont​

One of the huge perks of getting married at our rustic wedding venue is that you have extra days to set up so you can relish your time with family & friends without feeling rushed.

• ​​​Enjoy your celebration without feeling rushed with access to our beautiful venue for four days:
  • Thursday and Friday for you to setup and decorate
  • Friday evening  the facility can be used for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
  • Saturday for the Wedding
  • Sunday for you to cleanup until 10am at which time you will be required to check out with a staff member 
• Large bonfire area for use before, during, and after the festivities - Wood available on site through our Convenience Add-Ons​​​​​​
• ​Large rustic camping site for tents and RVs is available for the night of the wedding at $10 per person. ​​Water is available but we do not supply hookups. Contained RVs may come for multiple nights.
• Large gravel/paved parking area manned by parking attendants. ​​Services available one hour before ceremony​​

• ​Golf cart service is available for transporting infirm and elderly guests
• ​​​Large lawns with adequate room for games or cocktails and appetizers
• ​Enjoy the convenience of choosing a wedding venue with lodging:
  • ​​Stay in our complimentary Poolside Cottage for both Friday and Saturday (valued at $150 a night):
    • ​​Available for bride and bridesmaid's preparation and wedding night
    • Includes private restroom with shower
    • Comforts provided with air-conditioning and pellet stove
    • Additional nights may be purchased for your convenience (Please plan ahead several months as The Cottage is in high demand).
  • Additional lodging is available for your wedding party and guests -  See Convenience Add-Ons
• ​Groom and Groomsmen changing and preparation area provided​

• ​Restroom Facilities:  
  • Our adorable restroom is outfited with one men's room with a single toilet and a ladies's room with three toilets
  • A single standard portable toilet is available in additon for larger crowds

• Waste:
  • Four trash barrels with bags and burlap skirts included
  • Remove your own trash (Per Vermont law, composting, returnables (bottles and cans), and recycling must be kept separated. Receptacles are provided) or relax and let us handle it for you as a convenience option. See Convenience Add-Ons if you would like us to provide this service.

​​*There is a $1 fee per chair for outside use.
​**A Vermont licensed liquor caterer is mandatory if serving alcohol to your guests.

Wedding Package Pricing

Our wedding package pricing starts at $5,995 for the 2024 season. We are now booking into 2026 as well.

We require a non-refundable fee of $1,000 to reserve your special date. This will be deducted from the total cost. In addition, we require a cleaning and damages deposit of $500 to cover our barn and facilities. This deposit is refundable after completion of event and cleanup.

Payments made by check must be received thirty days in advance. Cash payments may be made in-person when checking in (two days prior to the wedding date).​
