• There are stunning rural views, which include the Adirondack mountains and charming alpacas.
• The large barn capacity can accommodate three hundred guests with chairs and tables provided for up to two hundred and fifty.

• We are closed for winter. However, we are open to the "extreme" experience when the right couple comes along.
• You are responsible for setting and picking up yourself. However, you can pay an additional fee to waive the clean-up.
• We are at a remote location which others may consider "exclusive" (We are under twenty minutes from Middlebury and one hour from Burlington airport).
• The on-site housing is limited to eighteen people. However, the fields offer nearly infinite camping opportunities and a large, well-stocked bonfire.
• The on-site housing includes some stairs, making it not easily handicap accessible. However, the venue itself is fully accessible and we can even offer golfcart services inside the barn if needed.
• There is a small staff, though they are highly experienced.
